By downloading, installing, or using InkOnYou ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

InkOnYou is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to generate tattoo visualizations on user-uploaded photos. The App provides AI-generated tattoo previews for visualization purposes only and is not intended to replace professional tattoo consultation.

3. User Rights and Restrictions

You may:

• Use the App for personal visualization purposes to preview tattoo designs on your photos
• Share your generated visualizations with others if you choose
• Use the App's built-in design library for visualization purposes

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
• Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes
• Upload photos that violate any laws, infringe on the rights of others, or depict illegal or inappropriate content
• Attempt to interfere with, exploit, or disrupt the operation or security of the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our prior written consent
• Upload copyrighted tattoo designs, artwork, or intellectual property that you do not own or have permission to use

4. Intellectual Property & Design Usage

Critical Notice: You are solely responsible for ensuring that any tattoo designs you upload or use in the App are either:

• Your own original creations
• Properly licensed for your use
• In the public domain
• Used with explicit written permission from the copyright holder

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded photos or designs, but you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of generating visualizations.

5. Generated Content & Disclaimers

The tattoo visualizations generated by the App are automated through AI services and intended solely for preview purposes. We make no claims about:

• The accuracy of how a tattoo will look in real life
• The suitability of any design for actual tattooing
• The safety or advisability of any tattoo placement
• The quality or appropriateness of any design

6. Professional Tattoo Disclaimer

Important: This App is for visualization purposes only. Before getting any tattoo:

• Consult with a licensed, professional tattoo artist
• Ensure the design is appropriate for your skin type and body placement
• Verify that you have proper rights to use any design
• Consider the permanence and long-term implications of your tattoo choice

7. Limitation of Liability & No Responsibility for User Actions

We are not responsible for:

• Any consequences resulting from the use of generated visualizations
• Copyright infringement claims arising from user-uploaded designs
• Any issues with actual tattoo applications based on our visualizations
• Emotional distress, regret, or other consequences from tattoo decisions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising out of your use or misuse of the App or its generated content.

8. Copyright & Trademark Protection

If you believe your intellectual property has been used without permission, please contact us immediately at shivamrishiapps@gmail.com with:

• Description of the copyrighted work
• Location of the allegedly infringing material
• Your contact information
• Statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to InkOnYou immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Use.
